§ 32.05 EMERGENCY PATROL OFFICERS.
   In case of riot or other like emergency, the Mayor may appoint additional patrol officers for temporary service, who need not be members of the Police Department. Such additional patrol officers shall be employed only for the time during which the emergency exists.
