§ 31.49 PERSONAL DAYS.
   (A)   After completion of one year of service, full-time non-safety employees shall be entitled to paid personal days as follows.
      (1)   Employees hired prior to January 1, 2005 shall be entitled to five personal days off, with pay, per year.
      (2)   Employees hired on or after January 1, 2005 shall be entitled to three personal days off, per year.
   (B)   Personal days must be scheduled with prior approval of management and must be taken prior to November 20 of each calendar year or be forfeited.
   (C)   Pay for personal days shall be calculated at the rate of eight hours times the employee’s hourly rate of pay.
