§ 31.46 WORK RELATED UNIFORMS/EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   The regular full-time non-safety employees shall be provided with work-related clothing, which shall be worn at all times during working hours. The village will continue to provide foul weather gear as well. Such clothing and gear shall be and remain the property of the village.
   (B)   Employees present at all times during working hours shall be in a neat appearance to the satisfaction of management.
