§ 30.02 POSSESSION OF VILLAGE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall, without being authorized, have in his or her control or possession any equipment, tools, implements, or other property belonging to the village.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
