§ 154.136 CONFORMITY BY ALL FORMS OF PROPERTY OWNERSHIP.
   Cooperatives, condominiums, and all other forms of property ownership do not affect the provisions of this Zoning Code, and all requirements shall be observed as though the property were under single ownership.
