§ 36.03 CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR WHEN FISCAL OFFICER NOT ABLE TO PERFORM DUTIES.
   The contingency plan for the operation of the village in the event the Fiscal Officer is not able to perform his or her duties is hereby adopted. A copy of the program can be found in the village offices. The village shall document the training of persons designated to fill-in for the Fiscal Officer.
