§ 36.01 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN.
   (A)   The Solid Waste Management is hereby approved in the form submitted to the legislative authority and presently on file with the Clerk. A copy of the plan can be found in the village offices.
   (B)   The Clerk of the legislative authority is hereby authorized and directed to mail or otherwise deliver promptly a certified copy to the Policy Committee.
