§ 154.070 HEIGHT LIMITS FOR BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES.

   Maximum height limits established for buildings and structures are as follows:

   (A)   Thirty-five feet in the RU, RS, and RD Districts; and

   (B)   Forty-five feet in the RA, C-1, C-2, and I-1 Districts.
