§ 154.018 FEES FOR A VARIANCE OR CONDITIONAL USE.
   Fees for a variance or conditional use shall be established by Village Council, and shall be paid to the village for each application for a variance or conditional use. Such fees shall be non-returnable, regardless of the outcome of such application.
