§ 154.004 AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   Upon motion of Village Council, resolution adopted by the Planning Commission, or receipt of an application from the owner(s) of land within the village, the Planning Commission shall consider any proposed change or amendment to this Zoning Code or zoning map. The Planning Commission shall study such proposal for not less than 30 days, and shall either approve, approve with modifications, or deny such proposal within 90 days of its receipt of the motion, resolution, or application.
   (B)   In the event that the Planning Commission denies the proposed change or amendment, such decision shall be transmitted in writing to Council or to the applicant, whichever the case may be.
   (C)   In the event that the Planning Commission approves the proposed change or amendment, or approves such proposed change or amendment with modifications, such decision shall be reported and transmitted in writing to Council, at which time Council shall order in the appropriate legislation and schedule a date for a public hearing concerning the proposed change or amendment, in accordance with law.
