§ 153.04 SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
   Should the village find that a special hardship will result from insistence upon strict compliance with any particular provisions of these subdivision regulations, it may vary the regulations; provided that such variation will not have the effect of nullifying the intent and purpose of these regulations.
