§ 151.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   Ohio Constitution, Article XVIII, § 3 grants municipalities the legal authority to adopt land use and control measures for promoting the health, safety, and general welfare of its citizens. Therefore, the Council of the Village of Wellsville, State of Ohio, does ordain the floodplain regulations as follows.
