§ 38.01 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN CITY BUILDING AND CITY OFFICES.
   (A)   Smoking is prohibited in the City Building owned by the city and in all city offices operated within the city.
   (B)   Any and all provisions contained within this section which pertain to smoking within the City Building owned by the city and within city offices operated within the city shall be considered a matter of law.
   (C)   Whoever violates division (A) above is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
