§ 115.07 APPEAL OF LICENSE REVOCATION.
   In the event that the Chief of Police or his or her designee revokes any license, the licensee may appeal such revocation to the Board of Review. The notice of appeal must be in writing. The Board of Review shall consist of three persons appointed by the Mayor or his or her designee. The decision of the Board of Review shall be final. The Board shall have 60 days after a hearing to issue a decision.
