§ 115.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   EMPLOYEE. Includes any person who assists in the furtherance of the business enterprise for which the license is issued at the location for which the license is issued whether for pay or otherwise. The term EMPLOYEE shall also include any person who at a given time reasonably appears to be conducting the business of the licensee.
   PERSON. Any individual, partnership, corporation, association or other organized or united group or entity, and includes the personal responsibility of every officer or director of a corporation.
   PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD. A current and valid driver’s license, military identification card, state identification card issued under R.C. §§ 4507.50 to 4507.52 or a state identification card issued by another state on the condition that card contains information substantially similar to the information contained on a state identification card issued under R.C. §§ 4507.50 to 4507.52 and also contains a photograph of the person to whom the card is issued.
   SECONDHAND. That which has been used or which has been previously traded or sold by a retailer; something which is not new.
   SELL or SELLING. Includes delivery, barter, exchange, gift or offer thereof.
   SWAP SHOP. Any person, firm or corporation and or dealer in secondhand articles for purposes of this chapter if that person, firm or corporation engages in the purchase, sale, exchange or receipt of secondhand articles of whatever nature. This definition specifically includes any person, firm or corporation that deals in the purchase, sale, exchange or receipt of used or secondhand articles taken as trade-ins.
