The moneys received under the provisions of this chapter shall be distributed as follows:
(A) Fifty percent of the moneys received under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in a separate fund, the moneys in such fund to be used solely to make contributions to the city Convention and Visitor’s Bureau operating within the county: and
(B) Fifty percent of the moneys received under the provisions of this chapter shall be credited to the General Fund of the city.
