No person shall sell at any sale or yard sale any household furniture, equipment, appliances, goods or food products which were brought onto the property for the sole purpose of selling the same at the sale by a person who regularly furnishes the household furniture, furnishings, equipment, appliances, goods or food products at the public sale or yard sale for profit, excepting sales which are conducted by any charitable, educational or religious institution.
