(A) Before granting a license, the Mayor or issuing official, unless otherwise directed by lawful authority, shall collect the license fees as follows.
(1) Businesses.
(a) Taxicabs: $50 each;
(b) Dance hall: $150; and
(c) Peddlers and solicitors: see § 111.03.
(2) Amusements.
(a) Billiard or pool tables or foosball: $50 each;
(b) Coin-operated pinball and electronic video games: $50 each; and
(c) Coin-operated recorded music machines: $80 each.
(B) Any business with more than six entertainment games will pay a fee of $300.
