§ 110.01 LICENSE REQUIRED FOR BUSINESSES AND AMUSEMENTS.
   No person shall engage in or operate any trades or businesses or display any of the amusement or recreation devices for operation, as described in this chapter, without first applying for and obtaining a license from the Mayor or other duly authorized person.
