§ 97.10 OPENING NEW SECTIONS.
   Should new sections of the cemetery be platted and opened for burial, perpetual care shall be included in the price of the lots in such sections. In the first six rows of Section 16, all grave markers, stones and ornamentation shall be at ground level.
