§ 97.08 GRAVE MARKERS.
   (A)   GRAVE MARKER as used herein, shall mean any monument or other device for memorializing a decedent who is interred at any location in Ridgewood Cemetery.
   (B)   All grave marker foundations shall be of concrete, consisting of cement, sand and gravel. Any person or firm installing a grave marker foundation shall, prior to proceeding, first obtain a permit from the Cemetery Superintendent or the Director of Public Safety and Service, so as to ensure the proposed foundation will satisfy this chapter; the Director of Public Safety and Service shall establish a rule for maintaining the city’s copy of the permit, and the permit shall issue without charge. Foundations on bevels and slants shall have a two-inch lip and shall have a depth as follows.
