§ 97.07 CORNER STONES.
   (A)   Any corner stone shall be at ground level.
   (B)   Concrete borders shall not exceed eight inches in width and shall be at ground level.
   (C)   Base for monument shall extend six inches from monument at ground level.
   (D)   Any deviation from these rules must be approved by the Director of Public Safety and Service and the Cemetery Superintendent.
