(A) Opening and closing of graves shall be the responsibility of the holder of a burial permit. The opening and closing of graves shall be subject to the regulations established by the Director of Public Service and the legislative authority of the city. An administrative fee of $100 will be paid to the office of the City Clerk upon delivery of the burial permit.
(B) The lot transfer fee is $10.
(C) The price of grave spaces is $550.
