§ 96.03 CERTAIN VEHICLES PROHIBITED IN VETERAN’S PARK.
   No person shall operate any four-wheel drive motor vehicle or motorcycle within the boundaries of the reclaimed strip mine city park, known as Veterans Park, until such time as roadways within the park have been properly prepared to handle such traffic.
