§ 94.05 FENCES.

(B) No person shall erect or maintain a barbed wire fence which abuts or is adjacent to any public street or sidewalk. This division (B) does not prevent the placement and use of not more than one or two strands of barbed wire, provided such strands are not less than 48 inches from the ground.
