§ 94.04 DUTY TO KEEP SIDEWALKS IN REPAIR AND CLEAN.
   (A)   No owner or occupant of lands abutting a sidewalk, curb or gutter shall fail to keep the sidewalk, curb or gutter in repair and free from snow, ice or any nuisance.
   (B)   As to sidewalks, repair as used herein shall mean the absence of the following defects:
      (1)   A sidewalk block having a crack or cracks in it more than three-fourths inch wide;
      (2)   Adjoining sidewalk blocks or portions thereof whose edges differ vertically by more than one-half inch;
      (3)   Sidewalk blocks that have holes in them one inch or more in diameter or have loose or missing pieces;
      (4)   Sidewalk blocks having depressions or reverse cross-slope, sloping away from the street, so as to impound mud or water or any other substance;
      (5)   Sidewalk blocks having a cross-slope in excess of three-fourths inch vertical per one foot horizontal;
      (6)   Sidewalk blocks that cause an abrupt change in the longitudinal grade of the sidewalk; or
      (7)   Natural stone slabs, brick or sandstone sidewalks which have deflections or cracks greater than as set forth in divisions (A)(1) and (A)(2) above.
