(A) The Community Development Committee of the city’s Ohillco Society is hereby designated as the city’s legitimate agent for obtaining financial assistance in promoting improved economic development and public services.
(B) For continued economic development and public services in the city, the Community Development Committee of the city’s Ohillco Society will seek assistance in the:
(1) Development of a neighborhood community center within the city limits;
(2) Creation of a city park and exhibition area in and about the city’s train station area;
(3) Promote the expansion and improvement of recreation facilities at Lake Alma and Lake Rupert;
(4) Assist, wherever appropriate, the County Fair Board in the development of the fair grounds area; and
(5) Conduct any other programs pertinent to community development and the legitimate functions of Ohillco.
