§ 92.29 INTOXICATING LIQUOR ON CITY PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   No person shall have in his or her possession any container of intoxicating liquor while on any property owned by the city. This section shall not apply to intoxicating liquor held by the Police Department as evidence nor shall it apply to any beer, wine or intoxicating liquor which is held by or in possession of any person, partnership, corporation or organization which has rented or leased the area now known as the Wellston Depot and was formerly the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Station, Terminal and Depot which is located at the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Second Street in the city. Lessees shall save the city harmless from any liability in connection with the rental of said premises.
