§ 92.19 SALE OR POSSESSION OF DILUTED LIQUOR AND REFILLED CONTAINERS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall sell, offer for sale or possess with the intent to sell intoxicating liquor in any original container which has been diluted, refilled or partly refilled.
