(A) Pursuant to R.C. § 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the municipality, the State Fire Code as adopted by the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, Department of Commerce, effective July 1, 1979, and as published in O.A.C. 1301:7.
(B) The BOCA Basic Fire Prevention Code, 1978, fourth edition, as amended by O.A.C. Chapters 1301:7-1 to 1301:7-7, as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International Inc., is incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length.
