§ 90.28 FEEDING WATER FOWL PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall feed water fowl in Veteran’s Park.
   (B)   The Director of Public Service and Safety may permit adoption of domestic water fowl found at Veteran’s Park to such person who may request adoption of the water fowl for relocation.
