§ 32.06 POLICE CHIEF TO DISPOSE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.

   The Chief of Police, in accordance with R.C. 737.32, may dispose of property that is unclaimed for more than 90 days and that is not otherwise required to be disposed of pursuant to another section of the Ohio Revised Code, by contributing such property to one or more public agencies, to one or more nonprofit organizations, or to one or more organizations that satisfy §§ 501(C)(3) or 501(C)(19) of the 1986 Internal Revenue Code
