§ 74.068 PARKING AT RESIDENCES.
   (A)   Truck drivers or owners shall be allowed to take loaded or unloaded trucks to their places of residence, provided that they go to and from their places of residence by way of the nearest direct truck route.
   (B)   Truck drivers or owners, if space is available at their places of residence, will provide themselves with off-street parking for trucks or tractor-trailers when either loaded or unloaded. No truck or tractor-trailer in excess of three-quarters of a ton shall be parked on Pennsylvania Avenue within the corporate limits of the city for a period of more than one hour, except that in cases of emergency, including breakdown and flat tires, a reasonable time shall be allowed for repairs.
