§ 30.01 MAYOR; REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES.
   (A)   A personal appropriation is authorized from the General Fund in the amount of $800, to be expended for reimbursement of actual expenses of the Mayor during the year.
   (B)   The legislative authority of the city has determined it to be in the best interest of the city and necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the city that the Mayor shall have provided to him or her by the city a cellular phone service and that the city shall make payment for the cellular service beginning with the start of the Mayor’s term in office in January 2004.
