§ 154.20 TOILET ROOMS.
   (A)   Privacy. Toilet rooms and bathrooms shall be designed and arranged to provide privacy.
   (B)   Access. Toilet rooms and bathrooms shall not be used as passageways to a hall or other space, or to the exterior. All sleeping rooms shall have access to a toilet room or bathroom without passing through another sleeping room.
   (C)   Location. Toilet rooms and bathrooms serving hotel, lodging or dormitory units, unless located within such respective units or directly connected thereto, shall be provided on the same story with such units and be accessible only from a common hall or passageway.
   (D)   Floors. Bathrooms and toilet rooms shall be provided with floors of moisture-resistant material.
   (E)   Partitions. Every residential premises covered herein that requires or supplies more than one toilet within one toilet room shall provide within the toilet room partitions, enclosures or compartments for privacy and shall comply with fixture clearance requirements of the Plumbing Code for such installations.
