§ 155.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever constructs, alter, modifies or demolishes any exterior feature of any property or area in objection to the Historic Review Board, or changes or installs signs in violation of this chapter, shall be deemed in violation of this chapter and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (B)   The city may institute appropriate proceedings to prevent such unlawful change.
