(A) The Historic District boundaries are shown on the map attached to Ord. 3438, and include all properties within such boundaries and all properties fronting on the opposite side of the street or adjacent to any property within the Historic District.
(B) Property fronting on the opposite side of the boundary street or adjacent to any property within the Historic District shall only be reviewed and regulated to such degree as to be reasonably compatible with those properties within the district boundary.
