§ 153.413 REQUIRED NUMBER OF OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES.
   Parking spaces shall be provided according to the following schedule which is hereby made a part of this chapter.

Funeral homes
1 for every 400 square feet of gross floor area
Gasoline and service stations, automobile service
2 for each service bay plus 1 for each pump, plus 1 for each employee during the main shift
Hotels, bed and breakfast establishments
1 for each sleeping room plus 1 for each employee during the main shift
Medical and dental offices, human clinics
4 for each doctor or dentist
Personal services, including banks, savings and loans, and similar services with drive-through facilities
1 for every 200 square feet of gross floor area, plus additional space in drive-through lanes equal to 80% of the required number of parking spaces
Personal services, including banks, savings and loans, and repair services without drive-through facilities

Self-serve laundries
1 for every 3 washers
Veterinary clinics, animal hospitals

Industrial
Any manufacturing, processing, packaging, warehousing, distribution or service industry
2 for every 3 employees during work shift having greatest number of employees, plus 1 for each vehicle maintained on the premises
Institutional
Business, trade or technical school, college or university
1 for every 2 students and 1 for each faculty member
Churches and places of public worship
1 for every 4 seats in main sanctuary
Civic, social and fraternal organizations
1 for every 3 persons allowed in main meeting room at full capacity
Hospitals, nursing facilities
1 for every 4 beds plus 1 per employee on main shift
Libraries, museums, community centers and similar facilities
One for every 400 square feet of gross floor area
Nursery school/day care
1 for every 15 students
Public or private elementary or secondary school
4 for each classroom, or 1 for each in main auditorium, whichever is greater
Recreational
Baseball, softball, football, soccer or similar organized sport playfield
20 for each playfield, plus one for every 6 seats in stands
Bowling alleys
4 per lane, plus necessary spaces as required for auxiliary uses such as restaurants
Tennis, handball or racquetball courts
3 for each court
Theatres, stadiums, sports arenas, auditoriums or other assembly halls other than schools
1 for every 4 seats
Residential
Institutional housing, other residential uses
1 per 3 occupants plus 2 for each main work shift
