§ 153.390 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Height. An accessory use or structure shall not exceed 18 feet in height.
   (B)   Location. An unattached use or structure shall be located to the rear of the principal dwelling structure within any side or rear yard no closer than five feet from any side or rear lot line in the SR District, and four feet in the UR, MH-R or DE Districts. In any other district, the location of accessory buildings must be approved by the Planning and Zoning Board.
   (C)   Permitted area. The total area of all accessory uses or structures shall not exceed 770 square feet, except for swimming pools and tennis courts, which shall be exempt from these area requirements. Not more than one movable storage building shall be allowed on any single residential property, and such structure shall comply with the location requirements of division (B) above.
