(A) Veterinary offices, not including outside boarding of animals.
(B) Similar small business uses consistent with the purposes of the NB District, subject to the approval of the Planning and Zoning Board, pursuant to § 153.176(E).
(C) Class I Type A group residential facilities, subject to the requirements of § 153.394.
(D) Class II Type A or B group residential facilities, subject to the requirements of § 153.394.
