§ 153.205 PURPOSE.
The Suburban Residential District is established to provide for new single-family residential development within the city at densities typical of modern suburban environments. The SR District is to be utilized in areas on the periphery of the city that are generally vacant at the time of development, but are serviceable by public water and sewer. It is the intent of the SR District to discourage large concentrations of intensive development where that density would be inconsistent with the existing character of the area.
