The regulations set forth in this chapter shall be applicable to all buildings, structures, uses and lands owned or controlled by any individual, organization, political subdivision, district, taxing unit or bond- issuing authority located within the corporate limits of the city, and any additional lands over which the city may have future zoning or subdivision jurisdiction.
