This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Planning and Zoning Code of the City of Wellston, Ohio”. Unless otherwise provided herein or by the law or implication thereof, the same rules of construction, definition and application shall govern the interpretation of this chapter as those governing the interpretation of the Ohio Revised Code.
