§ 152.32 MINIMUM RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTHS OF STREETS FOR UTILITIES.
   (A)   Extra easements for back slopes may be required by the Planning Commission where necessary.
   (B)   Highways and primary thoroughfares: as specified in the official Thoroughfare Plan, but not less than 100 feet wide in any case.
   (C)   Secondary thoroughfares: as specified in the official Thoroughfare Plan, but not less than 80 feet wide in any case.
   (D)   Local streets or collector streets: 60 feet.
   (E)   Minor streets and dead-end streets: 50 feet. All dead-end streets shall terminate in a circular turn-around having a minimum right-of-way diameter of 100 feet, unless the Planning Commission approves a “T” or “Y” shaped paved space in place of the required turning circle.
   (F)   Where easements are required for utilities, their width shall be at least ten feet along rear or side lot lines.
   (G)   Alleys and service drives: 20 feet.
