§ 151.101 NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
   (A)   All departments, officers and agencies of the city shall utilize the Incident Management System prescribed by the Department of Homeland Security, as implemented by the city’s Fire Department.
   (B)   The Chief of the city’s Fire Department shall determine the timetable and steps necessary for the expedient implementation of this section.
   (C)   The Chief of the city’s Fire Department will continue training on NIMS and revise the city’s Emergency Operations Plan as soon as possible.
