(A) Appeals. The fee for appeals to the Planning and Zoning Board of the decisions of the Zoning Inspector or the designated agent will be a fee of $125.
(B) Rezoning. The fee for requests for changes in the Zoning District will be $125.

Any construction costs over $1,000,000 will require a fee of 0.2% of the construction costs.
(D) Penalty fee for failure to obtain a permit prior to the start of construction shall be as follows:
(1) Within seven days of the start of construction: 50% more than the prescribedpermit fees;
(2) Between eight and 14 days of the start of construction: 100% more than the prescribed permit fees.
