§ 150.04 POSTING OF SIGNS.
   (A)   The Director of Public Safety and Service shall cause to be posted at each entrance of such unsafe building a notice which states as follows:
“DO NOT ENTER. UNSAFE TO OCCUPY. OFFICE OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND SERVICE, CITY OF WELLSTON, OHIO.”
   (B)   This notice shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove such notice without permission of the Director of Public Safety and Service or for any person to enter the building, except for the purpose of making the required repairs or of demolishing the structure.
