7-9-2: PERMIT FEE:

The permit fee for the annual commercial breeders permit will be set by resolution of the board of councilmen of the city of Wells. The fee should not exceed the approximate cost of providing the service associated with the issuance of the annual permits. (Ord. 222, 7-23-2013)
