3-7-24: REGULATIONS AND UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES APPLYING TO ALL ACCESSORY SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS USES:
   A.   It is unlawful for any accessory sexually oriented business use to:
      1.   Operate or cause to operate another accessory sexually oriented business within five hundred feet (500') of an existing accessory sexually oriented business.
      2.   Operate or cause the operation of another accessory sexually oriented business in the same building, structure or portion thereof. (Ord. 181, 11-12-1997)
