3-7-16: ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR SEXUALLY ORIENTED MOTION PICTURE THEATERS:
   A.   A person commits an offense if he or she knowingly allows a person under the age of eighteen (18) years to appear in a state of nudity or seminude in or on the premises of a sexually oriented motion picture theater or allows any customer of the business under the age of eighteen (18) years on the premises.
   B.   It is a defense to prosecute under subsection A of this section if the person under eighteen (18) years was in a restroom not open to public view or to persons of the opposite sex. (Ord. 181, 11-12-1997)
